**About the Role

This is a hands-on, data-driven growth role for someone with experience in Product-led growth that loves experimenting, measuring, and optimizing every stage of the funnel. You’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and data teams to design and execute campaigns that drive awareness, signups, and conversion for Tinybird’s real-time data platform. You’ll combine creativity with analytical rigor, running experiments across paid, organic, and in-product channels — always focused on the developer experience and value creation.

What You’ll Do

Design, execute, and optimize growth experiments across channels (search, paid social, email, SEO, in-app, partnerships, etc.)

Develop and manage the growth funnel — tracking acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion metrics

Collaborate with Product and Data teams to understand users, design and measure user journeys from awareness to conversion and retention, and to improve conversion rates by driving initiatives across those teams

Identify and scale acquisition loops through community, content, integrations, and referral programs

Use data to drive insights and continuously refine messaging, targeting, and creative

Partner with the Content and Developer Relations teams to align growth campaigns with product launches and community initiatives

Contribute to marketing automation, lifecycle messaging, and onboarding flows to improve user activation and retention

Stay ahead of growth trends, experiment with emerging platforms, and bring creative ideas to the table

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing — ideally in B2B SaaS or developer-focused products

Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with data, metrics, and experimentation frameworks

Experience running campaigns across multiple channels (paid, organic, content, email, SEO, etc.)

Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Customer.io, etc.) and analytics platforms (GA4, Amplitude, Looker, etc.)

Excellent written communication in English; able to craft clear, compelling, and concise copy

Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, experimental environment

Collaborative and proactive — you take ownership, communicate clearly, and move fast

If you’re based in Madrid, the role includes 2-3 in-office anchor days. If you're located in another city, the role is fully remote.
