Job Description

What we expect

Documentation of Mitigations \& Troubleshooting

Assist in documenting the most common technical mitigations and solutions for embedded device issues.

Help maintain a knowledge base of troubleshooting steps, diagnostic procedures, and frequently encountered problems.

Support the creation and organization of guides for incident resolution, device rollouts, and integration processes.

Prepare and update FAQs, quick reference sheets, and onboarding materials for embedded support.

Embedded Device Troubleshooting Support

Help with initial analysis and basic troubleshooting of Linux-based embedded systems under supervision.

Assist in gathering diagnostic data using tools such as curl, strace, gdb, tcpdump, and Wireshark.

Support the team in tracking and reporting device issues, escalating complex cases as needed.

Assist in checking traces in Azure Cloud.

Participate in routine device rollouts and integration checks, ensuring documentation is updated accordingly.

Collaboration \& Learning

Work closely with cross-functional, international teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Actively participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and the global DevOps community.

Continuously learn about embedded systems, IoT protocols, and cloud integration best practices.

Who we are looking for

Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Basic understanding of Linux operating systems and troubleshooting concepts.

Interest in embedded systems, IoT protocols (DHCP, HTTP, MQTT, CoAP), and cloud integration.

Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint) and ticketing systems.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills for working with engineers and support teams.

Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
