About this vacancy
We are looking for a Software Test Engineer with experience in the aerospace sector for testing and validation activities of avionics software and HW/SW integration. The resource will be involved in defining, executing, and documenting tests, ensuring compliance with certification standards. Main responsibilities: - Definition and execution of tests on avionics software and HW/SW integration - Drafting technical documentation and verification reports - Analyzing anomalies and collaborating with the development team - Supporting certification activities according to standards
What we expect from you
Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in avionics software testing and HW/SW integration
Familiarity with requirements and configuration management tools
Experience in developing automated tests using scripting languages
Knowledge of code structural analysis and automated testing systems
Ability to draft documentation
Good command of the English language
Nice to have:
Excellent knowledge of DO-178C standards, particularly for verification activities
Experience with avionics protocols and simulation environments
