What you'll do
Product Vision \& Strategy: Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Orbis Platform Core Technologies, ensuring alignment with overall Maps objectives, our Living Maps Strategy and customer needs
Customer Focus: Engage with key personas such as Value Stream staff engineers, engineering managers and Incremental map consumers to understand their requirements and translate them into product features and improvements.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with engineering managers, software engineers, and other product managers to deliver features that provide true business value.
Migration Strategies: Ensuring clear communication and documentation of changes. Platform Core Technologies sit at the heart of all our map making processes, so any non-backwards compatible change requires a migration strategy.
Market Awareness: Maintain visibility on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product direction.
What you'll need
Understanding of b2b software, data and/or service markets
Experience with the automotive supplier market is a plus
Understanding of software development processes
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Completed Master level degree in software engineering or a relevant field
More than 2 years of professional experience as software developer
More than 3 years of relevant experience in a technology company, preferably in a product management role
