Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies for the ophthalmic surgical portfolio, aligning with business goals.
Market Intelligence: Conduct research, competitive analysis, and engage with Ophthalmologist KOLs at conferences and hospitals to identify market needs and opportunities.
Marketing \& Sales Enablement: Lead marketing plan execution, coordinate activities, and support the sales team with strategies, tools, and compelling product presentations to achieve quotas.
Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with Ophthalmic Surgeons, hospital administration, and purchase/finance heads to drive business development and sales.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in (Engineering/Electronic/Optometry/Science)
Key Competencies:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be sales-driven and target-oriented who will develop the company’s sales force in achieving targets and goals.
Strong understanding of ophthalmic surgical procedures, eye hospital workflows, and the broader ophthalmology market. Ability to translate complex technical details into value propositions.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience :
8-14 years of relevant exp in Ophthalmic Medical Devices.
