About the Role:

Are you curious about the future of AI and how it can transform travel experiences? We’re looking for an AI Developer to join our Group Support Digital Team and explore innovative solutions that enhance guest and crew experiences, improve operational efficiency, and unlock new opportunities across the thl ecosystem.

This is a hands-on, exploratory role where you’ll collaborate across teams, experiment with emerging technologies, and help shape the future of AI at thl.

What You Will Do:

As an AI Developer, you’ll investigate new AI tools and technologies, translate business needs into technical solutions, and develop proof-of-concepts that bring ideas to life. You’ll work closely with internal teams and partners to identify where AI can make a meaningful impact.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for someone who brings:

Programming experience (e.g. Python, C# or similar)

Interest in AI technologies such as natural language processing, automation and data analysis

Willingness to experiment with cloud platforms and AI tools (e.g. Azure AI, OpenAI, Google Cloud AI).

Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills

Preferrable Skills:

The ability to understand and communicate AI concepts

Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships

Strong curiosity and a growth mindset

Ability to present and influence internal and external audiences

A passion to help improve the outcomes of our crew and guests
