Customer Support Specialist Wanted at Tourism Holdings Limited (thl)

Our brands include maui, Apollo, Britz, Cheapa Camper, Hippie, Mighty rentals, and more. We also design motorhomes through Action Manufacturing and create digital products via thl Digital.
Purpose:
We are looking for a four fixed term, full time people as a Customer Support Specialist to provide high-quality on-road customer support by resolving issues and concerns quickly and effectively. You role will support the wider business in complaint resolution and process insurance claims using thl’s electronic and manual systems.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service to customers, contributing to their unforgettable holiday experiences
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the problem, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
Tailor solutions to balance customer and business requirements
Build strong relationships with external suppliers
Maintain knowledge of thl fleet and the geography of New Zealand
Complete assigned tasks accurately, professionally, and promptly
Handle customer complaints positively and escalate appropriately when required
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for branches and departments in complaint resolution
Actively participate in the thl Health and Safety system
Represent the company in alignment with thl’s purpose, vision, and brand pillars
Other duties as required by your manager

Willing to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays with prior notic
