About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a Duty Manager who’s passionate about people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to keep things running smoothly. You’ll be the heartbeat of our guest experience—leading a team, solving problems, and making sure every journey begins with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

As Duty Manager, you'll lead our front-of-house team to deliver seamless, memorable guest experiences. Your role includes:

Leading and mentoring guest-facing staff to uphold high customer service standards

Managing check-in/check-out processes and daily front-of-house operations

Managing quality front-line inspections to ensure the fleet is always presented to guest-ready standards

Resolving guest issues with empathy and professionalism

Overseeing rosters, payroll, and HR processes for your team

Monitoring performance metrics and driving service improvements

Ensuring staff training, compliance, and adherence to health and safety standards

Driving sales and maximising revenue opportunities through excellent customer service and product knowledge

Managing sales and customer service KPIs and driving team performance to achieve branch targets

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and team development

Facilitating communication across departments to keep operations aligned

Championing a positive, inclusive team culture that reflects thl’s value

Key Criteria:

We’re looking for someone who brings:

3+ years’ experience in customer service, rentals, or hospitality

Proven leadership skills and a passion for team development

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with HR practices and operational compliance

Ability to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions

A collaborative mindset and commitment to health and safety

A genuine love for travel, people, and creating unforgettable experiences
