Your day-to-day would look like:
Architect and oversee the deployment of AI/ML solutions using Azure, Snowflake, and modern MLOps tools.
Lead the development of automated pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Champion the adoption of agentic AI, LLMs, and Copilot for GitHub in engineering workflows.
Mentor and develop a team of AI engineers and MLOps specialists.
Work closely with data scientists, analytics, and platform teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
Ensure AI solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned to Tower’s strategy.
In your first 6–12 months, success will look like:
Driving robust, scalable, and secure deployment of machine learning, generative and agentic AI models.
Embedding MLOps best practices and automation across AI engineering workflows.
Building strong collaboration with data science and platform teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
Championing innovation and operational excellence in AI engineering.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years in AI engineering, MLOps, or related roles, with leadership experience.
Deep expertise in Azure, Snowflake, Python, GitHub, MLOps tools, and agentic AI.
Experience deploying and monitoring AI models in production.
Strong leadership, automation, and collaboration skills.
