Reporting to the Lead Engineer, your day-to-day would look like:
Delivering accessible user experiences for customers, building and or connect them to their data via APIs
Enjoying a self-drive culture with empowerment over control
Breaking down complex problems into simple solutions while growing both yourself and peers in the process.
During your time with us, success will look like:
Creating microservice APIs with C# and.NET or Kotlin, Micronaut + Cloud Azure
Integrating with internal \& external systems including databases
Promoting good engineering practices such as TDD \& Clean Code
Communicating with peers and stakeholders to produce better outcomes
Assisting your team in breaking down deliverables to simple tasks
Working proactively with your peers to help solve problems and remove roadblocks
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
This is an entry level role hence a degree/ certification is required
…or demonstrated experiences with the technologies we use
Strong interpersonal skills, risk mindset and a secure coding expert
Alley of good practices like unit test and ability to articulate why its important
Understand API development using .NET or Kotlin
Understand value of unit testing
SQL Database knowledge
Knowledge of design principles
Problem solving skills
Interest in learning new technologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
