UI / UX & Graphic Designer

Overview

We are seeking someone who is passionate about creating. If our mission to deliver the world’s best air quality solutions resonates with you this position may be for you. We are looking for an excellent designer and communicator who can build and understand user personas and design assets that connect with their needs. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our web and mobile applications, as well as designing compelling visual assets in a variety of print and digital mediums. This includes everything from wireframing and prototyping to developing brand guidelines, creating marketing collateral, and ensuring a consistent and high\-quality visual presence. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate requirements into accessible and impactful designs that resonate with our users. To succeed in this position, candidates will need to be comfortable with the demands of a high\-growth startup and have an energetic and problem\-solving mindset. Experience at an early\-stage, high\-growth company will be very helpful in this position.

What we're looking for

Excellent design skills and ability to work efficiently in Adobe suite (illustrator, photoshop, etc), figma, powerpoint, google docs, and wix.

Cutting edge understanding of how to use AI tools in design. Tools we use are Lovable, ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, UX Pilot, Claude, Gemini, Adobe,

Excellent written/editing and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational skills

Ability to problem solve with limited information or direction.

Ability to drive organizational direction to maintain an atmosphere of creativity and innovation

Willingness to go above and beyond, someone who loves supporting the team and mission of the group

Education put into practice and/or proven experience in content design

Education put into practice and/or proven experience at an agency or with a startup

Experience working in a strong metrics\-driven culture to measure the performance of organic tactics in driving business results

Ability to successfully work on multiple projects, prioritizing work and time efficiently

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong interpersonal communication skills, including a keen eye for detail
