We’re looking for a Manager, Product Operations to join our team and support our next stage of growth. As the Manager, Product Operations, your top priority is to ensure adoption of the existing and new product offerings. This position will be responsible for leading and scaling the Product Operations and Product Enablement functions while ensuring the Product and Development teams are supported with the right processes, tools, insights, and training to deliver high-quality outcomes.

This role combines operational leadership with people management. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Product organization, lead the Product Enablement team, and act as a key connector between Product, Development, and customer-facing teams. You will bring a strong understanding of our product, customers, and market to identify gaps, surface insights, and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Skills

Traction Rec’rs come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from diverse backgrounds. For this role, you might have:

7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Product Enablement, or a related discipline

3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams

Strong experience designing, implementing, and governing product and development processes

Expertise administering Jira and other software development and product tools

Experience enabling internal teams through training, documentation, and scalable content delivery

Strong analytical skills with experience using product usage data, case trends, and operational metrics to inform decisions

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive adoption of tools and best practices

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data and product insights into clear recommendations

Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and continuous improvement

Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and modern product delivery practices

What You Will Be Doing

Lead and develop the Product Operations and Product Enablement team, providing coaching, clarity, and growth opportunities

Own and oversee Product Operations across the R\&D organization, ensuring processes, training, and monitoring are in place and consistently followed throughout the product lifecycle

Oversee the EA and upgrades processes, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across teams

Ensure Product Enablement delivers the content, tools, and training required to enable customer-facing teams to be successful in their roles

Establish and evolve a data-driven approach to product analytics, including case trending, product usage insights, and adoption metrics

Surface insights and trends to Product, R\&D, and broader leadership to inform decision-making and prioritization

Act as the primary voice of how the product is landing with internal teams and customers, bringing feedback into the Product organization to drive continuous improvement

Serve as a key stakeholder during feature ideation to ensure enablement, adoption, and operational considerations are incorporated early

Set the strategy and oversee the development of internal product tools, including diagnostic, training, and knowledge tools, while supporting individual contributors responsible for execution

Develop, implement, and maintain product and development tools, processes, and documentation for broader organizational use

Collaborate with senior leadership to define success metrics for Product and Development teams

Identify and manage R\&D government funding opportunities such as IRAP and SR\&ED

Manage a consistent approach for products or integrations that reach end of life

Improve the visibility and understanding of the product roadmap for internal and external stakeholders

Compensation

At Traction Rec, we are committed to a fair, market-based and equitable compensation structure. Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions.

The starting salary band for this role is $100,000-$110,000. Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role.

Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and do not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
