Full Stack Engineer Key Responsibilities
Your core mission will be harnessing AI technology to develop intuitive, fast, and sustainable software solutions that directly address user needs and drive educational outcomes.
Basic Requirements
A track record of 4+ years building production-grade web applications, with hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development
Proven ability to take ownership of significant features or modules, demonstrating end-to-end project leadership
Self-starter mentality with the ability to navigate uncertainty and find creative solutions independently
Practical experience integrating and leveraging generative AI tools in your development workflow

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
