Ready to engineer the future of learning? We're seeking a Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in the sweet spot between innovation and execution. At our company, you'll architect and build AI-powered educational platforms that genuinely transform how people absorb knowledge and develop skills.
Our Cutting-edge Learning Ecosystem Includes
TeachTap: The TikTok of education - bringing historical figures to life through AI-powered interactive experiences
TeachTales: Where personalized storytelling meets educational outcomes through magical, adaptive narratives
TimeBack: Your students' learning copilot that proactively coaches and integrates seamlessly with existing applications
Athena: Delivering measurable academic growth through AI-generated video content and intelligent assessment
This isn't about adding another project to your portfolio—it's about creating software that makes a tangible difference. You'll leverage cutting-edge AI tools and cloud-native technologies to craft elegant solutions to meaningful problems. We value engineers who can move quickly without sacrificing quality, always finding that perfect balance between immediate delivery and sustainable architecture.
If you're energized by technical challenges with real-world impact, we want to talk to you.
What You Will Be Doing
Champion the full development lifecycle: Transform concepts into concrete features by clarifying requirements, architecting scalable solutions, implementing clean code across the stack, conducting thorough testing, and confidently deploying to production
Master the art of debugging: Dive deep into complex issues, conduct methodical root cause analysis, implement comprehensive fixes (not just patches), and establish robust testing frameworks to prevent future regressions
Elevate engineering excellence: Provide thoughtful reviews of technical plans and code submissions, ensuring clarity, simplicity, and correctness while proactively preventing technical debt accumulation
What You Won’t Be Doing
Creating unnecessarily complex interfaces or backend systems that don't serve a clear user need
Following specifications without questioning the underlying problems they're meant to solve
Wasting time in unproductive meetings discussing theoretical roadmaps or chasing stakeholders for decisions
Simply checking off feature requests without ensuring they deliver genuine value and solve real problems
Full Stack Engineer Key Responsibilities
Harnessing the power of AI to develop software solutions that address authentic user challenges, deliver rapid value, and maintain long-term code health and sustainability
Basic Requirements
4+ years building production-grade web applications with demonstrated proficiency in both frontend and backend development (framework-agnostic)
Proven track record of ownership: Experience leading complete modules, significant product features, or engineering teams—not just contributing isolated components
Self-directed problem-solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome obstacles independently, and maintain productivity without constant direction
Practical experience integrating generative AI tools into your development workflow to enhance productivity and outcomes
