Sr Position Title: Senior Developer Architect
As a Senior Developer Architect, you will lead full stack development and system architecture initiatives within the Application Development team. The role demands deep technical expertise in modern web technologies—primarily React (TypeScript), C\#, and SQL Server—and a strategic mindset for designing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology ecosystem, mentor developers, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver high\-quality products that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and develop enterprise\-level full stack applications using React, C\#, and SQL Server
Drive architectural strategy and ensure adherence to software development best practices
Optimize and manage SQL Server databases for reliability, performance, and data integrity
Lead and participate in code reviews, system design sessions, and development planning
Support CI/CD pipeline development and cloud infrastructure, preferably in Azure
Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver software aligned with product requirements
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to advance system capabilities
Act as a technical mentor to junior engineers
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience required
7\+ years of professional software development experience
Expert\-level proficiency in:

SQL Server (including query optimization and schema design)
Strong knowledge of API design and integration
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure DevOps or other cloud\-based architecture tools
Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and practices
