Overview

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team at Tritusa, where we push the boundaries of technology to deliver exceptional user experiences. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of projects, designing and developing scalable web applications that balance front-end aesthetics with robust back-end functionality. Your Role and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies such as React, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, and Next.js.

Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Develop and optimise server-side logic, APIs, and database interactions using Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), or C# (.NET Core).

Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or third-party services to enhance application functionality and performance.

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams to translate requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI to ensure seamless deployments.

Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and reliability, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring uptime.

Leverage cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy and manage distributed solutions.

Write clean, modular, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and code reviews.

Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve development processes.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for candidates with a combination of the following:

3–7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end web applications.

Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or C#).

Experience with database management, including SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).

Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and API integration using tools like Postman or Swagger.

Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

Certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).

Experience with microservices architecture and building scalable, cloud-native applications.

Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like Next.js, Nuxt.js, or Svelte.

Knowledge of DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).

Proven experience leading projects from conceptualization to deployment or mentoring junior developers.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
