Our great R\&D Team is now looking
for a Product Development Manager for France \& Rest of Europe based in Belgium.
The role offers opportunities to grow your skills and career as part of a fast paced, creative, and globally connected R\&D team Lead a small team of Product Developers and R\&D workstreams to deliver our Innovation, Productivity and Brand Stewardship Projects working as part of cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will:
Deliver exciting Product Development workstreams as part of wider project teams to contribute to the delivery of our 2025 \& 2026 Innovation and Productivity Pipeline
Mentor, coach, and provide candid feedback to others in order to increase current performance, capabilities, and readiness for future roles
Hands-on development of juices and smoothies that taste great, nourishing our consumers one sip at a time
Deliver of Innovation and Productivity projects from concept through to launch
Support Commercial teams with retailer presentations and customer facing activity
Work with our marketing teams, create great concepts for our 2026/2027 + plans and take them through to launch
Prioritize team activities for optimal planning and execution, pivoting as needed as project loads vary
Keep stakeholders up to speed with progress, risks and recommendations
Contribute to our culture by bringing a continuous improvement, growth mindset and willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities as they arise
Work with Our factories and suppliers are all over Europe so you’ll need to be happy with regular travel
Collaborate with key Stakeholders, regular interaction with leadership teams and R\&D representative within project teams.
This list covers the main duties you will undertake but other duties will be required and added to as required to meet project and business needs. Flexibility to support the business is essential to the role.
To be successul in this role:
Minimum 2:1 Degree or equivalent in Food Science or related discipline
At least 10 years FMCG Product Development experience, juice/beverage experience is preferred, putting the consumer first, including line management experience
Juice/Beverage processing desired
Able to work independently and as a team
Skilled in prioritisation
Problem-solving is second nature
Analytical, critical thinker able to interpret and analyse data to reach clear conclusions
Creative and calculated risk taker
Great communicator using a variety of styles for different audiences both internal and externally
Experience with sensory evaluation methodologies, pilot plant trials, and product scale-up processes would be advantageous
Demonstrate resiliency when presented with significant and unexpected challenges
Languages: English (conversational), Dutch (conversational, mandatory), French (conversational, desired)
Travel – 25 - 50%
This role is based in Belgium - Zeebrugge and it will be required to travel in Europe.
