Overview
TRUEPATH Finder is expanding nationwide and building a modern automotive technology platform designed specifically for car dealerships. We’re looking for a skilled programmer / systems-oriented developer who can help build, refine, and scale a production-ready platform that blends backend logic, data handling, and clean customer-facing web experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys architecting systems, understands how real businesses operate, and can think beyond “just code” to how software performs in the real world - especially in a dealership environment.
You’ll work closely with the founder on product execution, infrastructure decisions, and long-term scalability, and will play a key role in preparing the platform for consistent dealership onboarding.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain backend systems that support data ingestion, processing, and logic execution
Develop and improve customer-facing web experiences (embedded tools, flows, or portals)
Translate product requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions
Work with structured and semi-structured data sources
Optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability as usage scales
Collaborate on system architecture and future feature planning
Troubleshoot issues across backend logic, integrations, and web layers
Document systems clearly for future development and expansion
Assist with dealership technical setup and onboarding, ensuring systems are configured correctly and function smoothly in real-world dealership environments
Occasionally interface with dealership staff to support setup, integrations, or technical clarification (not sales-focused)
What We’re Looking For
Strong programming ability with real-world project experience
Comfortable working across backend logic and frontend/web experiences
Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks or equivalents)
Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and data flow between systems
Ability to think in terms of systems, scale, and repeatability
Comfortable working independently and owning technical outcomes
Clear communicator who can explain technical decisions plainly
Experience with business-facing software (B2B platforms, internal tools, or SaaS)
Strongly Preferred
Familiarity with how car dealerships operate (sales flow, inventory, lead handling, operations)
Experience building software that supports non-technical users
Background in IT, systems administration, platform engineering, or deployment-focused roles
Comfort assisting with technical onboarding and environment setup

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
