About the Role
We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate from a top university who is passionate about building high-quality mobile applications and eager to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development
Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a top university
Proficiency in Flutter/Dart (academic, internship, or personal project experience welcome)
Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle, RESTful APIs, and UI/UX principles
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Fluent in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking team members or partners)
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Good to Have
Experience with Firebase, Git, or Agile development
Exposure to backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java)
