Rate: €300 - €340 per day
The Expertise You Have
Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or Related Field required
1-2 years’ experience working in a Mutual Fund Operations, Business Analysis, and/or Data Analyst role within a Financial Services Company
Timely response for the set-up and maintenance requests from customers
Experience in varied projects/initiatives from straight forward to complex
Respond to research requests requiring assistance and problem resolution
Assist in the documentation, response, and management of client requests for new data
Define and execute test plans and support user acceptance testing
Recommend process enhancements for the efficient, accurate and timely completion of all activities including: data loading, quality checks, and reporting
Identify data issues, perform root cause analysis and resolve data quality issues. When needed, work with business partners and systems partners to resolve.
Ensuring work is completed within SLA and working on identifying possible causes of missed SLAs
Exceptional attention to detail
Your ability to think analytically and deliver solutions to complex challenges and recognize when escalation is required
Team player who takes initiative and thinks across Fidelity
Working knowledge of investment securities and Bloomberg an advantage
