As a Lead Analytics Engineer, you’ll bring

data products to life

by supporting business teams with their analytics use cases, while collaborating closely with platform engineers to shape the roadmap of our entire Data \& AI stack. You’ll architect, build, and operationalize robust analytics systems — and help guide our journey into

agentic AI workflows

that push beyond traditional chatbots.

What You’ll Do

Take ownership of analytics initiatives across their full lifecycle: scoping, design, implementation, and delivery.

Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and models that power analytics, reporting, and AI-driven use cases.

Partner with business stakeholders and technical peers to translate challenges into data-first, scalable solutions.

Explore and prototype

agentic AI workflows

, leveraging LLMs to automate complex, task-oriented processes.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and thought partnership across analytics and engineering teams.

Operate as a “jack of all trades” — pivoting between architecture, coding, modeling, and problem-solving as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.

7+ years’ experience across the data lifecycle — from engineering and analytics to AI/ML and deployment.

Strong hands-on skills in

SQL

,

Python

, and modern data platforms (e.g.,

dbt

,

Snowflake

,

Tableau/Power BI

,

Kafka

).

Experience with

large language models (LLMs)

and ideally some exposure to

agentic AI workflows

.

Broad technical curiosity and a willingness to explore new technologies and methods.

Collaborative, pragmatic mindset with the ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences.

Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
