What you’ll do

Build and improve the backend of our core software, shaping how engineers work tomorrow

Contribute to the backend of our core product with a focus on high-quality, maintainable code

Collaborate in a cross-functional feature team (Product, Frontend, Customer Success)

Deliver features and improvements aligned with strategic company goals

Work on diverse backend challenges—from implementation and refactoring to performance and reliability

Learn from and contribute to a knowledge-sharing engineering culture, driven by curiosity and high standards

What we’re looking for

2–4+ years of backend development experience with Java, Kotlin, Spring, or similar

Good knowledge of relational databases and fundamentals of backend system design

Practical experience with the Spring ecosystem (e.g., Spring Boot)

Interest in modern software architecture and the JVM ecosystem

A structured, analytical mindset and a pragmatic, hands-on attitude

Proficiency in English for clear collaboration in an international team
