Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

Assist Regional Managers to manage local markets in the planning and execution of markets’ annual marketing plans with the aim of building and strengthening the brand profile in APAC \& ME.

Provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support across regional marketing activities, including advertising, PR, events, social media, and digital campaigns.

Assist in local market execution, working closely with the Account Servicing team to ensure a timely and effective rollout of initiatives.

Manage marketing databases and reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data tracking and performance analysis.

Handle sample logistics, including product loans, returns, and inventory documentation.

Compile and distribute media clippings and coverage reports for internal reference.

Support cross-functional communication, liaising with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth project execution.

Contribute presentation materials, meeting documentation, and campaign recaps.

Perform general clerical duties, including scheduling, filing, and vendor coordination.

YOU NEED TO BE...

Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.

A proactive mindset and genuine willingness to learn across different marketing disciplines.\

Excellent team spirit and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

1–3 years of experience in marketing, administration, or related fields preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or data platforms is a plus.

Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
