Product Manager (B2B SaaS)
We are seeking a high-caliber Product Manager to join a forward-thinking technology organisation. This is a pivotal role for someone who excels at bridging the gap between customer needs and technical execution. You will be responsible for scaling innovative products, fostering a vibrant user community, and driving a roadmap that leverages AI and data to deliver market-leading value.
The Role
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will lead the vision and strategy for a core product domain. You will act as the "connective tissue" between engineering, design, sales, and customer success to ensure the product not only meets market demands but proactively defines them.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy \& Vision:
Define the "why, what, and when" for your product area, translating business goals into a clear, actionable roadmap.
Customer Discovery:
Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover user pain points and validate new features through direct engagement.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to maintain a distinct competitive advantage.
Execution \& Delivery:
Collaborate with Product Designers and Engineering "pods" to develop user stories and oversee the development lifecycle within Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
Go-to-Market (GTM):
Partner with commercial teams to lead successful product launches and drive adoption through clear communication and tracking metrics.
Stakeholder Management:
Align expectations across internal leadership and external customer groups to ensure transparency and trust.
About You
You are a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to get hands-on. You thrive in environments where customer feedback is constant and are passionate about using data and AI to solve complex problems.
Experience:
4+ years in Product Management, ideally within a scaling
B2B SaaS
environment.
Relationship Driven:
You have a proven track record of managing active customer communities and complex stakeholder landscapes.
Technical Literacy:
While you don't need to code, you must be comfortable discussing technical feasibility and communicating requirements to engineers.
Curious \& Analytical:
You have a natural drive to find the root cause of problems and use data to back up your decision-making.
Core Skills \& Qualifications
Strategic Mindset:
Ability to distill wide-ranging requirements into a practical, phased product strategy.
Product Toolkit:
Familiarity with tools such as
Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Productboard, Figma, and Miro.
Design Focused:
A solid understanding of modern UX/UI principles.
Agile Expertise:
Experienced in navigating fast-paced development cycles.
