This role focuses on rebuilding and optimizing the lead flow from a primary survey funnel into two proprietary backend CRM systems. The successful candidate will address data integrity issues, particularly ensuring zip codes retain their leading zeros and are consistently formatted as 5-digit strings. You will design and implement a robust GoHighLevel form or survey, and develop custom Zapier workflows utilizing Code Steps (Python/JavaScript), Webhooks, and dual CRM submission logic. The position requires meticulous attention to data mapping, including the accurate transfer of unique identifiers, product IDs, and UTM parameters. The work is fully remote and offers the opportunity to contribute technical expertise to a growing team.
Deliverables
Rebuild GoHighLevel form/survey to capture and validate all required lead data
Develop and deploy Zapier workflows with Code Steps (Python/JavaScript) and Webhooks for secure data transfer
Implement dual CRM submission logic for Lead Conduit and Lead Perfection
Enforce permanent 5-digit string formatting for all zip codes prior to CRM submission
Ensure accurate mapping and transfer of unique identifiers, product IDs, and UTM parameters
Test and troubleshoot the entire workflow to guarantee data integrity and routing accuracy
Requirements
Proven experience with GoHighLevel forms/surveys and Zapier workflow automation
Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for Zapier Code Steps
Expertise in Webhooks and API integrations with CRM platforms
Demonstrated ability to resolve data integrity issues, especially with string formatting and field mapping
Familiarity with Lead Conduit and Lead Perfection CRMs is highly desirable
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration
