As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with strong Azure and React experience to join our delivery teams working on meaningful public sector programmes.
The Role
You will play a key role in designing and delivering secure, scalable, cloud-native applications for public sector clients. Working within multidisciplinary agile teams, you will contribute across the full development lifecycle — from architecture and design through to implementation, testing and deployment.
This role requires hands-on expertise across both frontend and backend technologies, with strong experience in Microsoft Azure environments.
Key Responsibilities* Design and develop secure, scalable full stack applications
Build modern, responsive front-end interfaces using React (experience with SvelteKit is highly desirable)
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs
Architect and deploy solutions within Microsoft Azure
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
Collaborate with designers, architects, DevOps engineers and client stakeholders
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
Ensure solutions align with security, accessibility and public sector standards
Essential Skills \& Experience* Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer
Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure AD, Storage, etc.)
Commercial experience building applications with React
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
Experience working in agile delivery environments
Strong understanding of secure coding practices
Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to work effectively in client-facing environments
Desirable* Experience with SvelteKit
Public sector or government project experience
Experience working in secure or regulated environments
Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG)
Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Bicep, Terraform)
Experience working in teams requiring Security Clearance
