Software Engineer

Our Client:

We’re partnering with a high-growth technology company that develops large-scale data and analytics platforms used by enterprise clients. As they continue to expand, they’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, shipping quickly, and working across the entire stack in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in smaller, collaborative engineering teams where you’ll have genuine ownership, exposure to customers, and the ability to influence design and technical decisions. You’ll join a team of experienced engineering leaders building cloud-native software deployed primarily on AWS.

About the Role:

You’ll work across both the front end and backend, contributing to architecture discussions, planning, estimation, coding, testing, documentation and feature delivery during sprint cycles. You’ll also act as a design authority for components you own and help uplift junior engineers where needed.

Because the company operates in a start-up style environment, you’ll occasionally assist with production support and troubleshooting. perfect for someone who enjoys variety and end-to-end involvement in the product lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of professional software development experience

Strong Python engineering capability (some Java experience is plus)

Experience with modern front-end frameworks, particularly React or Next.js

Strong SQL and API development experience

Experience in Financial Services and Capital Markets is an advantage
