Job Description

Purpose

The Product Manager (Managed Services \& As-A-Service Portfolio) is responsible for the end-to-end design, packaging, commercialisation, and lifecycle management of the company’s full suite of As-A-Service offerings. These include:

Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud CSP Licensing

Cloud Admin-as-a-Service (CloudOps Lite)

Infrastructure Management-as-a-Service (IFMaaS)

End User Computing Management-as-a-Service (EUCMaaS)

Network Management-as-a-Service (firewall, WiFi, SD-WAN)

M365, Azure, Exchange service packages

On-prem to cloud transition services

Hybrid infrastructure managed services

This role ensures that all products are market-ready, competitively positioned, clearly defined, and financially sustainable, supporting the company’s transformation toward recurring revenue and Managed Service models. Digital Service Innovation team (DSI) executes technical delivery, while this role focuses on product strategy, service design, pricing, and commercial go-to-market enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy \& Portfolio Management

Own the full As-A-Service product portfolio across Cloud, Network, End-User, and Hybrid Infrastructure domains.

Develop product roadmaps aligned with customer demand, market trends, and organisational strategy.

Define value propositions and create differentiated offerings for Gov, Enterprise, and SME sectors.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to ensure offerings remain relevant and competitive.

Service Packaging \& Commercial Definition

Develop clear service packages including scope, inclusions/exclusions, SLA tiers, response times, service credits, and support levels.

Create pricing models, rate cards, costing frameworks, and margin structures for CSP, EUCMaaS, IFMaaS, NMaaS, and Clouds services.

Ensure product documentation such as brochures, service descriptions, proposal templates, and commercial decks are standardised and ready for sales use.

Govern version control, updates, and lifecycle changes across all products.

Go-To-Market \& Sales Enablement

Support Sales and Pre-Sales with product positioning, customer pitches, tender submissions, and commercial structuring.

Provide training and enablement to Sales, Delivery, and internal teams on new and updated service offerings.

Partner with Marketing to support campaign development, service launch communications, and customer messaging.

Financial Ownership \& Performance Tracking

Develop and maintain profitability models for the full portfolio, ensuring sustainable margins.

Forecast consumption and revenue for CSP subscriptions and recurring managed services.

Monitor product performance, utilisation, customer adoption, and churn; recommend improvements or retirement decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure alignment with costing, contract structures, and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with DSI Delivery and Technical SMEs to validate feasibility, operational readiness, and support structures.

Support onboarding processes and work with Service Operations to ensure smooth transition from commercialisation to delivery.

Service Quality, Governance \& Continuous Improvement

Define KPIs for service performance and support periodic service reviews with Delivery teams.

Ensure product alignment with ISO, MAS TRM, IM8, PDPA, Microsoft compliance frameworks, and other certification requirements.

Incorporate customer feedback and operational insights to refine and upgrade service offerings.

Requirements Education \& Certifications

Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.

Professional certifications such as Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud Digital Leader, ITIL, or equivalent is advantageous.

Experience

3–6 years of experience in product management, cloud services, managed services, or IT commercial roles.

Experience with CSP subscription management, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP), and IT managed service offerings.

Familiarity with EUCMaaS/IFMaaS/NMaaS, network security technologies (firewalls, SD-WAN, WiFi), M365, Azure workloads, and cloud migration frameworks.

Exposure to SI environment, enterprise customer engagements, and multi-vendor ecosystems preferred.

Skills \& Competencies

Strong understanding of cloud subscription models, managed service frameworks, and recurring revenue business structures.

Ability to translate technical concepts into clear commercial service offerings.

Strong analytical and financial modelling skills for pricing and cost structures.

Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.

Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.

Commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer needs against operational capabilities.
