Participate in the development and maintenance of backend systems for banking applications using Java.
Support the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and backend services.
Collaborate with other teams to integrate systems, APIs, and databases.
Assist in testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Contribute to technical documentation and follow best practices in clean code and agile teamwork.

Fresh graduate in IT-related majors.
Strong logical thinking and understanding of data structures, and algorithms.
Basic knowledge of Java Core and SQL.
Eager to learn, proactive and good teamwork spirit.
Basic English for reading technical documents.
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA.
Experience with Git, Docker, or CI/CD tools.
Exposure to Banking/Fintech projects or personal Java demos.
