Design, build, and deliver high-quality, scalable web applications for lending-related products and workflows.
Take ownership of frontend implementation and contribute to architectural decisions for complex web applications.
Build and integrate features within a Micro-Frontend architecture using Single-SPA and Webpack Module Federation.
Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and deliver reliable end-to-end functionality.
Work with Product, Design, and Data teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and user experiences.
Write maintainable, testable, and performant code following modern frontend engineering best practices. Ensure code quality through thoughtful design, code reviews.
Participate in production operations, monitoring, and incident resolution to minimize user impact.
Drive frontend performance, scalability, and reliability improvements across applications.
Continuously improve frontend standards, tooling, and development workflows within the team.

2.5+ years of professional experience building modern frontend web applications.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with solid React experience (Hooks, Context API, component-based architecture).
Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, MobX, or similar.
Experience working with modern frontend build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Rsbuild).
Good understanding of browser rendering behavior, performance optimization, caching, and CSR/SSR trade-offs.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code, with awareness of unit and basic integration testing.
Understanding of UX principles and design systems, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
Awareness of frontend security best practices, including XSS/CSRF prevention and authentication handling.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern frontend build and deployment workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, product-driven teams.
Experience working in complex product domains (e.g. Fintech, Banking, E-commerce, or multi-partner platforms) is a plus.
Experience with animation or motion effects to enhance user experience is a plus.
