Job Description

Main Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to partner with Finance stakeholders and support applications and projects across five key pillars:

Tax \& Treasury

Compliance \& Audit

Reporting \& Consolidation

Legal

Planning \& Forecasting

The role requires strong collaboration with Finance (RTR) and Customer Operations teams, ensuring technology solutions align with business needs.

Key Accountabilities

Project Management

Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria; communicate progress to stakeholders.

Coordinate tasks and timelines, ensuring smooth execution across global and local teams.

Foster collaboration between technical and business teams to achieve project goals.

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with Finance, Tax, Treasury, and other key stakeholders.

Manage escalations and influence decision-making with strategic insights.

Quality Assurance

Ensure accuracy of system configurations and integrations.

Maintain compliance with audit requirements and data integrity standards.

Operational Resilience

Support continuity of core ERP and related applications.

Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities.

Vendor Management

Review KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance of vendor partners.

Ensure vendor deliverables meet project objectives and timelines.

Best Practice Guidance

Stay updated on technology trends and incorporate improvements into processes.

Key Requirements

Essential Skills

6–8 years of experience in IT with exposure to Finance processes.

Ability to convert business requirement into technical design

Strong background in project management and IT operations.

Familiarity with Finance domains such as Record-to-Report, Tax, and Treasury.

Experience in stakeholder and vendor management.

Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to work in a global context and adapt to diverse cultures.

Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and Finance concepts.

Technical Exposure (Preferred)

SAP

Microsoft Power Platform

Ancillary Finance technologies in space of RTR, Consolidation etc.

Language Proficiency

Vietnamese

English

Desirable Attributes

Aptitude to learn and take on challenges in Finance and technology.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
