We are looking for a passionate and strategic
Product Manager – Sheet Vinyl
to lead the development and management of our sheet vinyl product portfolio. As Product manager Sheet Vinyl you play a key part in driving innovation and growth across the
commercial segment
,
industrial applications
, and a dedicated line of
accessory
products. The ideal candidate brings a unique combination of technical expertise and business acumen, with a strong enthusiasm for product development and market success. You will be part of our product management team and will report to the Lead Product Manager.
Product Strategy \& Development
Define and implement the product roadmap for sheet vinyl and related accessories.
Lead product development initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
Develop and manage tailored product solutions for commercial and industrial applications with a focus on both technical specifications and color and design.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with R\&D, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure product feasibility, quality, and timely delivery.
Support marketing in the creation of compelling product messaging, sales tools, and promotional strategies.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to position products effectively in these segments.
Customer \& Market Engagement
Engage with key customers, specifiers, and industry stakeholders to gather insights and validate product concepts.
Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events.
Performance \& Portfolio Management
Monitor product performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Recommend improvements or adjustments based on data-driven insights and market feedback.
Who are you?
You obtained a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
You have relevant experience in product management, product development, or a related role. Experience within the flooring, building materials, or industrial sectors is a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Passion for innovation and a customer-focused mindset.
You dare to take initiative and have a proactive approach.
You are fluent in English and Dutch. Fluency in French and German is considered as a big plus.
You are interested in our products from an esthetical and technical point of view.
You are flexible to visit our plants in Luxemburg and Poland.
