Dev Ops Engineer

About The Role DevOps Engineer responsibilities include deploying product installations and updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. Also managing SQL Server Databases for routine maintenance and to support the requirements of the development and testing teams. Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely.
Responsibilities \& Duties
Implement integrations requested by customers
Deploy new applications, updates and fixes
Provide Level 2-3 technical support
Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
Perform root cause analysis for production errors
Investigate and resolve technical issues
Develop scripts to automate visualization
Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Support Cloud VDC’s and integration/migrate to/from on-prem systems
Manage, support and perform maintenance on SQL Server installations
Experience
Experience as Devops engineer in cloud-based environments (Minimum 2 years).
Experience with monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing production systems.
Strong Shell/Bash/Python scripting skills and experience (Minimum 2 years)
Proven hands-on experience with Containers (Docker) and Orchestration tools (Kubernetes/ECS).
Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation tools
Experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
Experience with Git, Jenkins.
Team player and excellent interpersonal skills.
