Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our centralized localization team. As the Local Product Manager for the Benelux region, you will be responsible for driving compliance, product strategy, development, and growth in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our product offerings and contribute to our success in this key region.

Stay up-to-date with local regulations and business practices in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg to ensure product compliance

Develop and execute product strategies tailored to the Benelux region, aligning with overall company objectives

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the region

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and roadmaps

Lead the requirement gathering process for localized features, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products

Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Present product strategies and roadmap updates to key stakeholders

Work closely with local sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and support product launches

Manage relationships with key partners and vendors in the Benelux region

Qualifications

Fluency in

English

and

Dutch

languages

Experience working in or with the

Benelux market is essential

(Dutch Local Government industry experience is advantageous)

Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

Understanding of project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies

In-depth knowledge of the Benelux market, including consumer trends and behaviors

Familiarity with local regulations and business practices in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment

Product Management certification (e.g., AIPMM, Pragmatic Institute) is a plus

5+ years of experience in product management advantageous

Willingness to travel as required
