You’ll be working directly with users from multiple departments (e.g., operations, QC, manufacturing, and finance) to design and implement efficient digital tools and data integrations. You must be comfortable working independently, prioritizing tasks, and switching between high-level logic and day-to-day development work.
Key Responsibilities

Design and manage databases and queries.
Build and integrate with APIs to connect different systems and automate processes.
Must be capable of creating, supporting and managing full-stack applications independently, from database design to front-end delivery.
Support and extend low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
Develop reports, dashboards, or data tools as needed by internal teams.
Collaborate directly with business users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver value quickly.
Document solutions clearly for internal knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.
Handle both complex logic and routine coding or maintenance tasks as needed.
Required Skills \& Experience
5+ years of Solid hands-on experience with the .NET stack (C#, Web API, MVC).
Good working knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, and CSS.
Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations.
Ability to work independently in a structured, delivery-focused environment.
Must be able to deliver complete, self-managed full-stack solutions.
Strong analytical thinking and a logical approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and switching context quickly when priorities change.
Excellent interpersonal skills — able to engage with non-technical employees/vendors effectively.
Desirable Skills
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Familiarity with SAP Business One (SAP B1) or similar ERP systems.
Understanding of business operations in manufacturing or pharmaceutical settings.
Knowledge of GxP or data integrity principles (a plus but not mandatory).
Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
Experience with AI to expedite development, documentation, problem-solving, and testing
Personal Attributes
Proactive, practical, and solution-oriented.
Willing to “get stuck in” — whether it’s debugging a critical integration or fixing a spreadsheet macro.
Enjoys solving problems quickly and iteratively.
Thrives in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats and prioritizing business impact.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
