Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Success Manager to join our team and drive exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and expertise. Your energetic approach will foster strong relationships, promote customer satisfaction, and support the growth of our Peptides \& Health solutions within the Medical sector. You will leverage your project management skills to coordinate client initiatives, analyze client data to identify opportunities, and collaborate across clients to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their goals and providing strategic guidance.
Manage client accounts using CRM tools such as Gohighlevel to track interactions, preferences, and project milestones.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication of service offerings.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns promptly, and identify upselling or renewal opportunities.
Teach sales, and product knowledge to clients to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
Analyze client data and feedback to develop insights that inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
Support clients through training sessions, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing customer service excellence.
Experience
Proven experience in project management and account management within Peptides, Hormones or health services industries.
Strong familiarity with customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce.
Demonstrated success in sales or customer success roles, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
Excellent communication skills—able to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment where proactive problem-solving is essential.
