The MRDI is looking for a dynamic and high-calibre professional to fill the position of Engineer, Industrial Safety Management (工程師, 工業安全管理).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement safety management standards for contractors, conduct on-site audits for contractor entry, provide training, review construction applications, and exercise inspection.
負責承辦商的施工安全管理規範的制定、以及承辦商進入廠房的審核、培訓、施工申請審核,及施工巡檢的實施。
Establish and oversee safety management protocols for equipment, electrical systems, and hazardous materials.
制定及监督实施设备,电气,危化品安全管理的规范。
Create and enforce guidelines for the safe handling of gas and chemical materials.
制定及實施設備、電氣、危險化學品的安全管理的規範。
Formulate safety production responsibility systems and promote the implementation of the responsible area management system.
制定安全生產責任制,及推進落實執行有關責任區管理制度。
Develop and execute the annual Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) training plan.
制定並推進實施環境健康及安全 (EHS) 的培訓年度計劃。
Create and implement protocols for hazard identification and risk management.
制定及實施危險辨識,及風險管理的規範。
Perform ad hoc assignments as instructed.
根據指示執行臨時交辦的任務。
Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering or Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field.
安全工程、消防工程或相關專業本科及以上學歷。
At least 5 years of experience in the establishment and operations of the mainstream 8-inch or 12-inch semiconductor fabs or LCD panel manufacturing facilities.
擁有至少 5 年主流 8 英吋或 12 英吋半導體晶圓廠(Fab)或液晶面板(LCD)製造廠的建廠及運營相關工作經驗。
Relevant experience in contractor safety management, hazardous materials management, and procedures for gas and chemical handling.
具備承辦商施工安全管理、危險品管理及氣體化學品Turn on處理流程的相關工作經驗。
Strong adaptability, learning ability, problem-solving skills, and flexibility for varying work arrangements.
具備較強的環境適應能力、學習能力、問題分析力,且能靈活配合不同的工作安排。
A good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua), proficiency in Cantonese is preferred.
精通中英文讀寫及口語表達(包括粵語和普通話),粵語流利者優先。
Note: Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior position.
The initial employment contract spans 12 months and can be renewed with a longer tenure upon mutual agreement of the incumbent and MRDI. The incumbent will normally work five days a week. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A gratuity of 15% of the salary will be awarded upon satisfactory completion of the contract.
