Basalaj Beauty is New Zealand's fastest growing beauty brand, we are expanding into the USA and are now seeking a Junior Assistant and Events Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing products and services to them as well as working with the CEO as an assistant, to attend events as needed and be a part of social media content.
Responsibilities:
Create sales and deal directly with customers
Provide information about the products and services to customers
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns reporting to CEO
Organise and assist the CEO with day to day tasks
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Help Social Media Manager to create content where needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in beauty customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Must have experience with the beauty industry
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
