About The Role Kathmandu is seeking an exceptional General Manager Marketing to lead the strategic direction and execution of our global marketing vision. This pivotal role will drive brand growth, relevance, and consumer engagement to fuel revenue and market share expansion worldwide.

As GM Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions Kathmandu as a leading global brand. You will oversee Brand Marketing, Loyalty, Advertising, Social Media, Creative, Public Relations, and Communications, ensuring alignment with our purpose and values.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute clear, focused brand strategies to elevate Kathmandu’s global presence.

Champion a customer-first mindset across the organisation, influencing decisions at every level.

Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Establish robust metrics and accountability frameworks to measure impact and ROI.

Lead cultural transformation initiatives, fostering a high-performance, values-driven team environment.

Strong business acumen and decision-making capability.

Qualifications \& Experience

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Digital.

Extensive experience in marketing strategy and customer experience transformation, ideally within retail.

International exposure across at least two regions.

Deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes.

Demonstrated success in leading large, diverse teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
