Reseller Bro is an exciting, pre-seed SAAS startup building the next generation of e-commerce tools for the explosive $70+ Billion US secondhand market. We are developing an AI-powered mobile application that automates sourcing, inventory, and cross-listing using features like our proprietary "Bro Lens" (AI Visual Search) and future Augmented Reality (AR) integration. Duties
The Mobile Engineer Intern will work closely with the Founder and product team to execute the initial development phase of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
Assist in translating design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, responsive user interfaces for iOS and/or Android.
Help implement core application features, including integrating API calls for our "Smart Pick" decision engine (predictive analytics) and the cross-platform listing function ("SmartFill").
Contribute to code quality, organization, and automation across the mobile application codebase.
Collaborate on feature planning and technical feasibility to ensure a seamless user experience.
Manage version control (Git) for mobile development tasks.
Experience
We are seeking a candidate with a foundational technical background who is eager to take on significant ownership.
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong foundational knowledge of mobile development, with proficiency in at least one relevant framework (Swift/Kotlin/React Native).
Familiarity with consuming RESTful APIs, working with JSON data structures, and applying basic database concepts.
A portfolio demonstrating prior mobile development work (school projects, personal apps, or GitHub contributions are all acceptable).
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong passion for building innovative products.
