Job description
We are looking for a skilled PHP Laravel Developer with 2+ years experience to join our team and help build high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in Laravel framework, backend development, and database management. You will work closely with front-end developers, designers, and project managers to develop and maintain scalable web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using PHP and Laravel.
Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.
Write clean, secure, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or Laravel Passport.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate UI components with server-side logic.
Maintain code versioning using Git and participate in code reviews.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PHP and Laravel development.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PHP Laravel Developer or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
Experience with Eloquent ORM, Blade templating, and Laravel Artisan commands.
Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
Familiarity with Git version control (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
Understanding of MVC architecture and best coding practices.
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, React, or Alpine.js is a plus).
Knowledge of unit testing (PHPUnit, Pest) and debugging techniques.
Experience with cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean, Firebase, etc.) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Laravel/Codeigniter and Core PHP
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with payment gateways, third-party APIs
