About The Role We’re looking for a Product Manager Intern to help us shape the future of AI-assisted interviewing and insights. You’ll work closely with an experienced founding team to define user problems, analyze data, and support product discovery, prioritization, and go-to-market experiments.

This is an opportunity to get into a startup on the ground floor and learn from experienced entrepreneurs. Once we get traction, we anticipate this can turn into a full time role.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s curious, analytical, and excited to learn how innovative AI products are built — from concept to user impact.

What You’ll Do

Support user research by helping organize interviews, summarize insights, and identify themes.

Contribute to product discovery: define user needs, draft feature briefs, and help with product requirements.

Collaborate with design and engineering on early prototypes and feedback loops.

Track metrics and analyze user feedback to help prioritize roadmap items.

Research market trends and competitive products in AI, HR tech, and user research.

Help test and refine early features before release.

What We’re Looking For

Passion for product management, user experience, and AI technologies.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and writing abilities.

Curiosity, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.

Familiarity with tools like Figma and Figma Make is a plus (but not required).

Ideally a student or graduate in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, Design, Psychology, or related fields.
