Your Role
As our first Product-Minded Senior Engineer, you are much more than a developer; you are a product builder at heart. You will be the technological right-hand to our CTO and will be responsible for turning our product vision into reality. You will free up the CTO to focus on the overarching architecture and AI strategy, while you take the lead in the day-to-day development and expansion of the AILEX platform.
Your Responsibilities
You translate ideas and customer needs into robust, scalable features.
You design, build, and maintain both the frontend (React) and the backend (Python/Flask) of our application.
You proactively contribute to the product roadmap and challenge the status quo, always keeping the end-user in mind.
You guarantee the security, data quality, and performance of our platform—which is essential in the legal sector.
You will lay the technical foundations on which we will build for years to come and help shape the engineering culture at AILEX.
Your Profile
You have at least 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer, with strong knowledge of our stack (Python/Flask, React).
You have previous experience in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up and understand the pragmatic and fast-paced approach required.
You are a "pragmatic builder": you get immense satisfaction from shipping code that solves real problems for customers.
You have a "low ego, high impact" mentality: you are a team player who is just as happy working on a complex new service as you are fixing a minor frontend bug.
You are autonomous and proactive: we can give you a goal, and you will figure out how to achieve it.
Bonus: Experience with the integration of AI/ML models in production environments.
