React + React Native Full-Stack Frontend Developer

- Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled React + React Native Full-Stack Frontend Developer to build secure, scalable, and high-performance web and mobile applications in the fintech, payment, and e-commerce domain.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in React (Web) and React Native (Mobile), with hands-on exposure to payment gateway integration, cloud services (S3/Blob), app store publishing, and compliance-driven development.
This role requires ownership mindset, performance focus, and deep understanding of frontend architecture for high-transaction systems.
- Key Responsibilities
Web \& Mobile Application Development
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable applications using React (Web) and React Native (Android \& iOS).
Implement robust state management using Redux.
Translate wireframes and UI/UX designs into high-quality, maintainable, and production-ready code.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility (Web) and cross-platform compatibility (Mobile).
Payment \& Fintech Integration
Integrate secure payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, etc.).
Implement secure payment workflows including tokenization and encrypted transactions.
Handle transaction success/failure flows and reconciliation UI.
Cloud \& API Integration
Integrate RESTful APIs with backend services.
Integrate cloud object storage services (AWS S3 / Azure Blob Storage).
Handle secure file uploads, document storage, and retrieval mechanisms.
Security \& Compliance
Ensure compliance with fintech security best practices.
Implement:
JWT / OAuth-based authentication
Secure token storage
Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
Follow secure coding standards for handling sensitive financial data.
Mobile Build \& Release Management
Create production builds for Android and iOS.
Manage certificates, provisioning profiles, app signing.
Publish and manage releases on:
Google Play Store
Apple App Store
Handle version upgrades and hotfix releases.
Performance \& Scalability
Optimize applications for:
High transaction volumes
Low latency
Fast load times
Implement:
Code splitting
Lazy loading
Memoization
Efficient state updates
Ensure scalability for growing user base.
Quality \& Best Practices
Write unit tests using Jest or similar frameworks.
Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Follow Git workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews).
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements.
Troubleshoot and debug complex frontend issues.
Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers.
Mentor junior developers.
Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Promote a culture of clean code and continuous improvement.
