We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – FinTech Payments Platform who combines strong product leadership with experience in digital payment systems. Working closely with engineering, compliance, and business teams, you will lead the development of payment platform capabilities while ensuring our solutions meet industry standards and evolving market needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy \& Roadmap:
Define product vision and roadmap for digital payment platform services
Identify new product features that improve transaction efficiency and user experience
Payment Platform Development:
Work with engineering teams to build and enhance payment processing systems
Ensure integration with banking systems, APIs, and payment gateways
Market \& Customer Insights:
Analyze market trends in financial technology and digital payments
Translate user feedback into product improvements and innovation opportunities
Compliance \& Security Collaboration:
Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure payment systems meet financial regulations
Support secure product development aligned with industry standards
Product Performance \& Optimization:
Monitor product performance metrics and payment platform usage
Implement improvements based on data-driven insights
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
5+ years of experience in product management, fintech, or digital payments platforms
Experience managing digital products within financial services or technology sectors
Technical Skills:
Understanding of payment systems, APIs, and financial technology infrastructure
Familiarity with agile product development and product lifecycle management
Core Competencies:
Strong analytical thinking and product strategy development
Excellent collaboration with engineering and business teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field preferred
