Wang Yip Construction Co. Ltd. is a subsidiary of Tai Cheung Holdings Limited (Stock: 0088), a publicly listed property developer, has been engaged in Hong Kong’s property development and investment for over 50 years. We are currently seeking a high-caliber candidate to join our team.
Reporting to the Project-in-charge, the incumbent’s key responsibilities are as follows:
Control of submissions and approval
Coordination with consultants and contractors of building construction
Program planning and monitoring works
Meetings and follow-up all issues
Requirements:
Higher Diploma / Degree in Building Construction, Architectural Studies or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience, familiar with curtain wall and fitting out works are preferred
Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office is a must
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Site Engineer / Project Coordinator
