About The Role We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong web scraping expertise to work on real estate technology and automation projects. This is a hands-on technical role requiring someone who can handle complex scraping challenges, build Telegram bots, manage servers, and develop web applications.
We provide a Claude Pro subscription ($100/month) to help you work faster with AI-assisted development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop advanced web scraping solutions for complex websites with anti-bot protection
- Extract hidden data from website backends, APIs, and network requests
- Handle CAPTCHAs, Cloudflare, AWS WAF, and other protection systems
- Build and maintain Telegram bots integrated with databases and APIs
- Manage Linux/Ubuntu VPS servers including deployment and maintenance
- Work with relational databases and handle complex data relationships
- Reverse-engineer website APIs to extract data not visible on frontend
- Implement proxy rotation and manage large-scale scraping operations
- Build web applications using modern frameworks and AI-assisted tools
Required Skills and Experience
Must Have:
- 3+ years of Python development experience
- 3+ years of advanced web scraping experience (not just basic scraping)
- Experience bypassing anti-scraping mechanisms (Cloudflare, CAPTCHAs, rate limiting)
- Strong knowledge of APIs - analyzing, reverse-engineering, and integrating
- Experience with proxy services and rotation (Oxylabs, Bright Data, ScraperAPI, or similar)
- Linux/Ubuntu server management (SSH, VNC, deployment)
- Relational database experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite)
- Familiarity with scraping libraries like BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, or Playwright
Strongly Preferred:
- Telegram bot development experience using Python
- Experience with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted coding tools
- Knowledge of Next.js, React, or modern web frameworks
- Experience deploying CodeCanyon scripts or similar platforms
- CRM or business application development experience
