Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and implement technical solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and team growth.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks, and propose innovative solutions to enhance development processes.
Contribute to the architecture and design of software systems to ensure scalability and maintainability.
Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
Experience with modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot).
Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficiency in database design and management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Pay: $110,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
