Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team. Duties
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications across multiple platforms using languages such as Java, C++, C#, Python, and VBA.
Build and optimize web applications utilizing frameworks like Ruby on Rails, React Express, and front-end technologies such as JavaScript and RESTful APIs.
Develop and manage backend services with technologies including .NET, Azure, AWS, and Linux environments.
Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within scope.
Maintain version control using tools like GitHub, SVN, and Git; manage code repositories efficiently.
Integrate third-party APIs and develop custom APIs to enhance application functionality.
Work closely with IT infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment on cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
Implement security best practices including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) to safeguard applications and data.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes to uphold quality standards.
Stay current with emerging technologies such as quantum engineering applications relevant to software solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as Java, C++, C#, Python, or VBA.
Familiarity with web development frameworks including Ruby on Rails, React Express, and RESTful API design principles.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components like AWS, Azure, Linux servers, SQL databases (MySQL, SQL Server), and application deployment processes.
Experience working with version control systems such as GitHub, SVN, or Git in collaborative environments.
Knowledge of front-end development tools including JavaScript and related frameworks.
Understanding of software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with Quantum engineering applications, .NET framework, application security (RBAC), API integration, and familiarity with tools like Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
