Pay Rate: $29 – $35 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience OR Level 4 Qualification
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily retail store operations.
Supervise staff, prepare rosters, and allocate work duties.
Recruit, train, and support store staff to meet performance standards.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering with suppliers.
Ensure accurate pricing, labelling, and merchandising of products.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Maintain sales records, cash handling, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and retail regulations.
Implement promotional activities and sales strategies.
Monitor store performance and report operational issues to management.
